FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES


Since 1991 Family Support Services has been providing planning and support services to children and adults with a developmental disability who reside at home with their families. This includes:

  • Program coordination
  • Assisting families to identify their need for assessment and/or treatment options
  • Assistance in accessing funding
  • Support with long-term planning
  • Access to community resources and information
  • Meeting with families individually
  • Supporting families at case conferences, e.g., schools, professionals, and other agencies
